SWAN Meditation is a journal meditation that allows us to develop a continuous awareness of ourselves.
SWAN stands for Strength, Weakness, Ambition, Needs.
This guided meditation and self-reflective written exercise enable us to discover elements about ourselves that we may not have been aware of before. Through this new awareness, we are able to make better choices and create a greater life.
