In today’s fast-moving world, we do everything to survive and succeed but in the process we forget about taking care of ourselves which affects us physically mentally and emotionally in many ways.
Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimize frustration and anger, increase happiness and improve energy.
If we don’t give ourselves time to recharge our minds and body we will become burnt out, fatigued, and eventually create several health issues.
Self-care can be:
*Physical – This includes taking care of your body externally
*Mental – This includes your mind and thoughts
*Emotional – This would cover your emotions and feelings
In this workshop, we will talk about the benefits of taking care of ourselves externally as well as internally and its effects on our day-to-day life. If you are struggling in any of the above areas or if you feel that you don’t have enough time for yourself, this is the space for you. Learn tips and tools you can use at home and in your daily life so you can start being more caring towards yourself.
