In this chakra series, we will explore the Throat and Third Eye chakra.
The Throat Chakra is all about self-expression and communication. If imbalanced, we may be unable to express our emotions and speak our truth.
The Third Eye is related to clarity, imagination, intuition and inspiration.
We will look into some of the common symptoms when these chakras are imbalanced, and explore the fears and emotions behind these.
We will do meditation and chanting to open and balance these chakras. I will also be conducting a group clearing using Emotion and Body Code to release some trapped emotions and imbalances from these chakras.
Suitable for anyone who would like to balance their chakras to have more clarity and higher intuition.
