Sound Therapy can be used to bring a glow to the skin and rejuvenate the blood, circulatory and glandular systems, and this can be done daily. Some people who suffer from insomnia will have 2 sessions a week to learn how to use vocal toning to relax the body and mind. So it really depends on the person and what we are working on.
