Comfortable, loose clothing you can move and breathe in. You will be seated and lying down on the floor, so wear something you can settle into.

How long it runs
Seventy-five minutes, 6:30 to 7:45 PM. Arrive ten minutes early to settle. We start on time. If you are running late, message us and we will guide you in quietly.

No experience required. Lala guides every part of the circle, from breathwork to the seed planting ritual. Beginners and seasoned practitioners both attend. Come as you are.

Breathwork is generally safe for most people. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, live with epilepsy, high blood pressure or have had recent surgery, send us a quick WhatsApp before booking and we will let you know if Speak It New is the right circle for you, or recommend something else.
Intentionally small. Speak It New caps numbers so the circle stays intimate and Lala can hold space for every person individually. Spaces sell out for this reason. Reserve early.
Cancel 24 to 48 hours before the circle so we can give the spot to the waitlist. If you have paid online, cancellation less than 24 hours is non-refundable but can be used as credits toward the next event.
