This workshop is designed to help address stress in the workplace. This 1 hour private zoom session will allow those working from home and overseas attend the workshop with ease. The first segment of the workshop will cover an introduction to the importance of stress reduction, tips and tools to eliminate negativity, and develop a positive mindset. This will be followed by a 40 minute relaxing meditation session - no prior experience required. This meditation starts with controlling your breathing, relaxing the body and following a guided visualization meditation.
