Shaking is the oldest and newest self-care tool on Earth. It is our body’s natural response to releasing stress, tension and trauma. A simple yet powerful technique, its aim is to release stuck energy in the body, which can build up over time.
By incorporating movement with complete stillness, Shake & Release sessions provide our whole being a wonderful setting to become powerfully realigned.
There are no rules in Shake & Release. No choreography, no routine and zero judgement. There is no right or wrong way to move. The aim is to let the body move to the music however it wants to. Just let it happen naturally.
