Yoga Nidra is a relaxing form of mindfulness and the practice of being present in the moment. Known as “Yogic Sleep” this practice involves laying down in a comfortable position and being guided into the state of consciousness between being awake and asleep.

 

Whilst falling into complete relaxation, the journey continues inward wherein lies the potential to discover new perspectives, clearer vision, and complete understanding and awareness of our true selves.
